Wanted: Piano Keyboard

Looking for a touch sensitive (weight probably) keyboard for $100-$200. I’m thinking something like this: http://tinyurl.com/5w9fe4. Any suggestions? Can’t move the piano to Houston just yet. Sadly.
If you will help me with this, I hope to finally achieve my dream of accompanying my own singing/ the ability to perform solo. My goal is to learn (and perform for you, if I’m ever feeling brave) when I get my keyboard:
1. “Vegas” – Sarah Bareilles
2. “Many the Miles” – Sarah Bareilles (I already bought the songbook)
3. “Walking in Memphis” – Cher
4. “Virtual Insanity” – Jamiroquai
Any more I should add to the list?
